In our sessions, you’ll have a safe and supportive space to explore these experiences, process your emotions, and reconnect with the strength that already exists within you.

Together, we’ll focus on building self-awareness, setting boundaries, and finding new ways to respond to challenges. While you cannot control others or external circumstances, you can learn to control how you respond — and that shift can change everything.

It’s so easy to feel trapped in situations that seem unchangeable, where you’ve convinced yourself you just need to go along with it. My role is to help you realise that there is so much more to life than what you thought. I want to support you in gaining clarity in the middle of complicated situations, in releasing that tight, heavy feeling in your chest, and in finally being able to breathe and let your shoulders drop after years of carrying tension. Too often, we get caught up in pleasing others and neglecting ourselves. I help you recognise the power of setting healthy boundaries, of caring for yourself, and of denormalising toxic or harmful behaviour — so you can reclaim your peace and your power.
