Through my personal experiences, I've had the opportunity to explore various ways to take care of myself. Sometimes, a simple cup of coffee is enough to help me reset. Other times, I engage my mind with a Netflix series or a movie from the '100 Movies to Watch Before You Die' list. And when things get especially challenging, having someone to listen—without offering advice or solutions—has proven to be incredibly meaningful.
I understand what it's like to look forward to that one moment each week when you get to meet with your counselor and reflect on how you've been doing. The positive impact that conversation can have on your overall well-being is hugely significant. That’s the kind of support I aim to offer you.
